Monica Beall brings over 20 years of construction and real estate experience to her role as Director of Sustainability.  She leads implementation and embedment of environmental and socially focused processes, programs, and initiatives on the company's developments and investments, guided by Lendlease’s ambitious Sustainability Targets - Lendlease is a 1.5°C aligned company targeting Net Zero Carbon Scope 1&2 by 2025 and Absolute Zero Carbon by 2040, and providing $250M of social value by 2025.  She led sustainability efforts for Lendlease’s construction business, focusing on embodied carbon, on-site carbon emissions, and waste reduction, and achieving net zero for on-site operations.  Prior to sustainability work, she was a Project Executive leading multifamily, condominium, and hospitality construction projects for Lendlease.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Marquette University, and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
