Monica is a licensed architect and project manager with over 20 years of experience in the architecture and design industry. She has spent much of her career focusing on projects involving the transformation of workplace, leading project teams from strategy to construction administration. As a team leader, she encourages collaboration amongst all disciplines throughout the design process from project inception to completion.

Monica is currently an Associate Principal at AECOM and manages the design for various architecture and interiors projects within their Buildings + Places practice in Chicago.
