I joined Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago in January 2022 as the Director of Residences and earned a promotion to Director of Residences & Owner Services within a couple of months in the same year. In my current role as the Director of Residence & Owner Services, I oversee operations for both residences and hotel condo owners, fostering enduring relationships and contributing significantly to our 5-star experience.
