Natalie Drapac is a Commercial Property Manager with Pine Tree Realty managing a portfolio of 1.8 million sq. ft. of shopping center space.  She has over 15 years of property management experience that spans shopping center, residential high rise and office space management.  Natalie’s expertise in small scale to large scale project management include hot & cold domestic water riser replacements, roof replacements, elevator modifications, asphalt and concrete site work, boiler replacement, HVAC replacements, corridor decorating, tuckpointing, exterior painting and garage deconversion projects to name a few.

Natalie is an IREM Certified Property Manager and recipient of the IREM 2019 Property Manager of the Year.  She has a BA in Communications from the University of Center Florida and an active member in many real estate organizations.  Natalie is happily married with 2 children.
