As a result driven senior executive, Natalie has an impressive record of success in managing all facets of project life-cycle development as well as in delivering simultaneous, large-scale projects within quality, budget, and time constraints. Recognized for her success in revitalizing operations and reinvigorating underperforming, cross-functional teams.

Natalie recently joined BOWA Construction as the VP of People, Compliance, and Strategy where she leads in these key areas and serves as the main point of contact for the Executive Leadership team. One of her main responsibilities is to ensure that BOWA business operations are in line with their people operations., while providing solutions to complex problems with a hands-on, lead-by-example style that fosters a culture of teamwork, shared mission and dedication to operational excellence.
