Nathan Snydacker
As a licensed mechanical engineer and LEED-accredited professional, Nathan provides operational leadership for our specialty services teams including automation, technology, commissioning, and building sciences. His 25-plus years of industry experience make him a natural coach and mentor, guiding teams to efficiently deliver services that consistently exceed client expectations.
Nathan’s also active in the community and serves as vice chair for the Oak Park School District Advisory Board. This group of local architects and engineers provides guidance on the District’s facilities and infrastructure, offering advice on energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and accessibility.
When he’s not working or volunteering, Nathan is an avid cyclist competing in endurance bike races that have taken him as far as Iceland, where he completed a 140-mile (225-kilometre) offroad race around an active volcano. He is also a woodworker and musician. Nathan even performed at Lollapalooza in Chicago in 2007.
