Neil Reindel

Neil is an Urban Designer at Perkins&Will and brings a background in architecture and urban thinking to his work. His experience spans internationally across civic, commercial, higher education, sports and recreation, transit, residential, science and technology, master planning, and digital practice. Neil also serves as faculty at Northwestern University through the McCormick School of Engineering. His course, Design of Sustainable Urban Developments is part of the capstone curriculum of the Architectural Engineering and Design program. He leverages his professional and academic backgrounds to anchor his conceptual process, bringing diverse perspectives to how he approaches design. Neil is a dual master's graduate from Kent State University and holds a master's in architecture and a master's in urban design. He is a registered planner (AICP) through the American Planning Associate and a LEED-accredited professional.
