Paul DeKruiff (De CRY F) is a nationally known 30-year multifamily practitioner, with portfolio management, asset management, transactional, and development experience.   His philanthropic and volunteer experience includes Past Board Member of Rotary, Past President of the Naperville Jaycees, Shelter Leader of DuPage PADS, and is a current legislative committee member of the Chicago Apartment Association.

He is a Vice President of Acquisitions at Redwood Living, an Ohio based developer/owner/operator of horizontal suburban single story townhome rental housing.   Redwood was formed in 1991, and has a portfolio of nearly 17,000 units in 11 states, including six sites in Chicagoland under development, and a robust pipeline in entitlements.   In just under 3 years, Redwood has become the largest build for rent player in Illinois.
