Phil Lazarus is a leader with 25 years of global experience driving digital transformation in the built environment. Trained as an architect, he has a strong background in the design, documentation and delivery of large projects around the globe. Immersed in 3d process from the start of his career, he has leveraged the power of technology on the behalf of architects, engineers, contractors and clients. He has provided strategic direction for digital operations on mega-projects worth over US$20bn in hospitality, sports, aviation, life-sciences, and mixed-use precincts globally. Over 15 years of practice in Asia, Phil assisted with training and implementation of BIM and other innovations on behalf of governments and property developers in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, China, and Hong Kong. Phil currently leads Lendlease’s VDC team for our America’s region with a focus on operational consistency, expanded client engagement, and bringing new innovations to our range of business units and sectors.
