Rana Lee is a Principal and Director of Business Development at SmithGroup, an interdisciplinary design firm. As a business strategist, she is recognized for her ability to develop partnerships that lead to breakthrough results. Covering the commercial, healthcare, science technology, and higher education markets for 25 years, Rana is adept at understanding stakeholder needs and designing human-centered experiences for clients. As a founding board member and DEI co-chair for Professional Women in Construction, Rana is passionate about mentoring the next generation of female leaders. She also serves on the board of directors for the Chicago Central Area Committee and the Forest Preserve Foundation.
