Meet Rossie:

A Certified Coach through the FEW Institute of Certified Coaches and the Founder & Owner of Journey2Alignment Coaching Services LLC.

Rossie has worked diligently throughout her career and education to earn an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering Technology; A Bachelor of Arts in Construction Management and Trades; A Defy Ventures Graduate through UWM EXT. (Entrepreneur-In-Training); and a diverse list of continuing education credits and certificates.

She is former Cad Technician (Computer Aided Drafter) from Mi-Tech Solutions; and an Engineering Aide/Construction Inspector from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District.
With a total of 10+ years experience in the Civil Engineering and the Trades Environment..

As a Woman & Minority in the Trades who went from Poverty to Resilience, she knows firsthand the struggles, disparities, and the many challenges women face climbing the corporate ladder.

Therefore, she is a voice and support for Women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) that are transitioning through school, graduation, or on their career journey.

She also gives back to her community by serving Ebenezer Stone Ministries - a non-profit organization that offers food pantry services to Milwaukee's area South Side locations.

When she is not hard at work she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and attending the many attractions Milwaukee has to offer.

Her Mission: Empowering Women to be the Unique Masterpieces of themselves.

Her Purpose: To see the unseen; to hear the unheard; to encourage those in need, and to love those who feel unloved. To break the cycle of brokenness through the light and love of christ.
