Ryan Kwiecinski

Ryan has an education and background in architecture, but discovered his love for project management a few years after working for a design firm. Ryan's experience has primarily been within the aviation and hospitality market sectors. He currently is a Project Director with J.A. Watts, Inc., a women-owned project management firm in Chicago. While in this role, he is part of the Chicago Connect Alliance program team, which is managing the ORD'21 redevelopment program.
Statement:
Diversity in construction is vastly important to a project’s success. Having a team built with different backgrounds offers significantly more ideas, perspectives, and discussions that not only better us as people, but also contributes to project workflows and decision making.
