Sharon Williams works in the Legal/Risk Management department at Graycor Services LLC at their Oakbrook Terrace IL office. She is responsible for managing all aspects of claims which includes a focus of setting up safe projects from project award to help mitigate any losses that may occur and have a direct impact on the bottom line. She also manages the drug testing program and other special assignments. In her over 25 years working as a claim professional, she has spent that last 15 years working in the construction industry. Sharon is a member of Graycor’s DEI council which focuses on creating a workplace that mirrors the diversity of the communities where we live and work. She is passionate about promoting minorities and women in construction and is a member of BCOE (Black Contractors Owners and Executives) and PWC (Professional Women In Construction).
