Sierra has been an active member of the commercial construction, real estate, and interiors industry upon graduating from Illinois State University in 2016. Sierra is passionate about business development and understanding the why behind how and where people and companies work. Her passion and drive to be a fearless and energetic member of the industry not only in Chicago but also in New York City, Philadelphia and D.C. through her career makes work not feel like work as getting involved through several organizations has empowered her throughout her career the last 6 years.
