Steve Kiley is a Senior Director of advisory project management at CBRE. He leads a team of project management professionals who oversee the planning and implementation of tenant office projects in the Chicago market.

Steve leverages his background in construction to bring a different perspective to his project management services. He managed both ground up and tenant improvement projects during his 17-year construction career, leading to a deeper understanding of how to achieve exceptional project outcomes in a variety of industries, including legal, multimedia, technology, healthcare, industrial, and education. Steve fosters a collaborative environment in the CBRE office by encouraging project managers to share project successes and solutions and learn from each other.

Steve is a graduate of the M.E. Rinker School of Construction Management at the University of Florida. He is a LEED AP and serves on the steering committee for the Great Chicago Food Depository Commercial Real Estate Awards.
