Tammy Williams, Project Coordinator and DEI council member for Graycor, with over 19 years of experience in the construction industry.

Tammy’s experience includes working with subcontractors and general contractors throughout the Midwest. She began her career in construction working in administrative and accounting positions in the HVAC industry. She transitioned to accounting and compliance with a general contractor The versatility of her background allows her to view the construction industry from a broad perspective.

Tammy was born and raised in the Chicagoland area and because her strength is mapping out a process to get to the goal she is often referred to by some friends and colleagues as the motivator. As an active member of the DEI council at Graycor, she is passionate about collaborating with others to build bridges that close the equity gaps within the construction industry. She believes that there have been a lot of great improvements in the growth of women and minorities as key contributors in the construction world. Although she celebrates this growth, she readily welcomes the opportunity to be a contributing party in the work needed to continue the growth process.

Tammy graduated from Robert Morris with an Associates in Computerized Business Systems, University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s in Management.
