Over 20 years of Engineering / Architectural Design Work Experience. Designed many Projects with AutoCAD / Microstation / BIM / Revit Software. Have the knowledge of Architectural, Structural & Civil, and the basic knowledge of Fire Alarm / Electrical / Mechanical (HVAC) and Plumbing. Love hanging out at Construction job sites to see the stages of what is being taking into place from the computer-aided design concept to Real Life Construction! I'm also interested in how wood, steel, concrete and metal help form into building components! Taught at ITT Technical Institute School of Drafting for 3 yrs. Not only did I teach the skill of Drafting but how to Design as well! I also attend ITT Technical Institute as a student. Got my Associates Degree in Computer-Aided Drafting and took Math classes at USF (University of South Florida) to strengthen my math skills. I believe with strong Math skills you can become and do anything!
