Toju is passionate about the efficient and sustainable use of resources in the built environment. Toju began his career in commercial real estate data analytics helping building management teams operate their assets efficiently and sustainably. Toju has contributed to multiple projects across various market sectors, including K-12, data centers, commercial office buildings, and healthcare facilities. 

Toju earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering with a Certificate in Global and Ecological Health Engineering from Northwestern University. Toju is a LEED AP BD+C, O+M, a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC), and a Level 1 thermographer. He is also a member of the ASHRAE Illinois chapter.
