Tram Alisa Vo

Global Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Manager, Unispace

Meet Tram Alisa Vo, a dynamic force for change from the financial industry to the design and build world. With over two decades of professional experience, she has dedicated the beginning of her career to upholding civil rights legislation, such as the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), which fights against systemic issues like redlining, discrimination, and disinvestment in the U.S. Tram's expertise spans a multitude of domains, from commercial real estate and community development to data intelligence, employee development, risk management, compliance, privacy and ethics, human resources, regulatory affairs, project management, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB).
Tram is the Global DEIB Manager at Unispace, a leader in workplace strategy, design, project management, and construction. Through its One Team model, Unispace creates experiences that deepen connections, foster a sense of belonging, and propel success for the world’s most interesting and impactful companies. In her role, Tram supports the charge for Unispace’s DEIB initiatives across 26 countries worldwide.
But Tram's impact continues beyond there. She actively advocates for change through her volunteer work, supporting undergraduate students of color in the U.S. and Canada. Additionally, she leads a cohort of Employee Resource Groups, bringing together professionals from Fortune 500 companies in the Chicagoland area to inspire emerging leaders to forge their paths within their companies and communities.

Statement:

Everyone has a unique story, just as no two structures are alike in creation. Sharing our stories enriches perspectives and fosters appreciation for each journey. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) is just that - creating space, respecting differences, and recognizing that our collective diversity builds us up.
