With over 20 years of experience managing and maintaining the built environment across a multitude of sectors, Jason’s career history puts him in a unique position to support both ownership and occupier perspectives while delivering facilities services as a performance-driven product.  Jason leads a Technical Services team responsible for developing the systems, standards, and processes that enable consistent portfolio performance.  Currently assigned to the WeWork account, Jason supports a USC (United States & Canada) portfolio of commercial office space spanning 12M sq.ft. across 180 unique locations.  His team supports the implementation and auditing of national and global standards for safe work practices, environmental regulatory requirements, jurisdictional code compliance, and preventive maintenance standards across the account, with a daily focus on expanding EHS programs, executing asset maintenance management, and providing advanced technical maintenance support portfolio wide.  Leading with a collaborative approach, Jason thrives at the intersection of MEP expertise and operational strategy, focusing on team development while building programs that scale.
