Len is a recognized expert and speaker in integrating sustainable design principles into architectural practice. A strategic problem-solver, Len'brings over 30 years of experience to his sustainability projects and has completed projects for a broad spectrum of clients including small interiors to ground'up facilities. Having a strong background in sustainable design, drawing organization, general buildability, and building simulation, he'advocates for green design and energy efficiency as a necessary part of good design.

Len was part of the core team that developed the AIA 2030 climate change reporting tool, was a past chair of the Chicago AIA Committee on the Environment (COTE), and was a key player in the passage of'benchmarking and green building ordinances in Chicago and Evanston, IL. Currently, Len serves as the Chair of the Envelope Sub Committee of ASHRAE SSPC 90.1.
