Nicole Watson's career with Travelers Insurance spans over 18 years. She started as a General liability claims professional before promoting to a Manager for claims professionals in the Virginia/North Carolina claim center where she worked effectively in challenging environments and was committed to executing a hands-on management style to ensure optimal operations and outcomes. She has experience managing in Operations, Auto, and General Liability business units. Prior to her role at Travelers, she was a supervisor in the HR/benefits/Leave Administration industry for six years. In October 2022, Nicole accepted her current role as a Construction Claim Account Executive in the Charlotte, NC office where she partners with Agents, Brokers, and policyholders of US Construction accounts Countrywide.

Statement:

'My goal as an Ambassador at Chicago Build is to make connections with an empowering diverse group of individuals. As a new member in the Construction industry, I am looking forward to meeting and building deep relationships with other ambassadors while focusing on how I can add value and make a significant contribution. I also intend to pay it forward and offer support to other women of color in the industry'.
